TREATMENT OF A COMPLAINT:

 

If after a transaction, a communication or the exchange of document with an underwriter from Profescau or any other employee of our firm you consider that you have been treated unfairly, you can contact one of the two persons mentioned underneath who are responsible for complaints from client.

Treatment of a complaint:

Profescau, via the person responsible for the complaint assigned to the file, will inquire, study, answer all questions asked by the plaintiff and will do everything in its power to solve the problem.

However, we must bear in mind that Profescau is not authorised and has no mandate to settle claims. This activity is entirely the responsibility of Profescau’s Insurers or the claims adjusters designated by our Insurers.

If, after all the discussions and negotiations with the plaintiff, it becomes clear that it will be impossible to come to an mutual agreement, the file will then be transferred to the AMF who will take over the matter.

If the plaintiff refuses an agreement and refuses the transfer to the AMF, there is also the possibility to go into mediation.

All transactions, conversations, documents exchanged during the process of resolving a complaint are all included in a specific file by chronological order and the content of the file is strictly confidential.
